Olde Salem is a hidden gem. Slightly difficult to exit on Wise road, yet worth the hassle. The soups are delicious. Don't pass up the liver dumpling soup. Try it once and you should be hooked. The menu offers variety with pictures on the wall of each item in case you have questions. This is Grandma's cooking by Reneta. She is wholesome and cooks with love. The addition of live entertainment and cooking classes is a wonderful way to embrace the culture.

Honestly this place has the best spaetzle out of all the German restaurants I've tried in this area. Everyone in my party was very happy with their meals over all. Only very minor complaint is the Hungarian goulash is bland.
